How long before I get my order?
Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
Estimated shipping times:
☆ UK: 2–5 days
☆ Rest of Europe: Up to 2–4 weeks
☆ US/non-European: Up to 4–8 weeks
Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes we do. We are currently in the process of setting up an easier and automated system to process wholesale orders.
In the meantime, if you want to stock our products in your shop, café, hotel, castle (one can dream) or other visitor attraction, please use our contact form to get in touch and request our wholesale catalogue.
Customs got in touch about my order. What can I do?
For any orders placed from outside the UK, customs fees may apply. Your orders may be held and opened at customs.
In this case, they might get in touch with you and request you to pay duty fees or tax. Please note that the buyer is responsible for these fees. We can not take any responsibility for delays caused by unpaid customs fees and duties.
Should you wish to pay tax and fees up front, you can do so by ordering from our Etsy shop.
Your webshop won't let me order from my country. Can I still get your products?
Due to our policies, we can currently only ship to certain countries or regions from our webshop. In case you are unable to place an order from your country or region, you may still be able to get your hands on our products.
Simply head over to our Etsy shop to see if they allow for orders from your country or region.
